Steps to Sync iPhone with Desktop Calendar on PC

Since Desktop Calendar becomes the central repository, it is necessary for users to access their calendar to a mobile device when they're not at their primary desktop.  The following steps show you the way to sync iPhone with Desktop Celendar on PC.

Step 1

Connect iPhone to computer. This should automatically open iTunes, if not open iTunes as well.

Step 2

From the left window pane in iTunes, select your iPhone from the Devices list.

Step 3

In the main window pane, select the info tab at the top (you start on summary)

Step 4

Scroll down to Calendars (it should be the second item down).

Step 5

Check the Sync Outlook calendars box.

Step 6

Go back to summary tab, and hit the Sync button at the bottom right of the pane to test.

With these easy steps, you can put your PC Desktop Calender into your iPhone so that you can arrange your schedule or check important dates on the go.
