Sync Outlook to iPhone with iTaskPro

iTaskPro and iTaskLite (free version of iTaskPro) are iPhone apps that manage projects, tasks, to-do list and schedules on iPhone. These are simple and fun tools that help people to organize projects and tasks.

• Synchronization - Synchronize the tasks in "Task View" or "Calendar View" on Outlook/iCal with iPhone. It is two-way syncing. iTaskPro sync desktop program supports Outlook 2003 and 2007 on Windows and supports Mac OS 10.5 or later on Mac. The sync feature requires WiFi network. The sync feature doesn't require Exchange Server.
• Repeatable tasks - Set up repeatable tasks on iPhone/iPod.
• Email tasks - Email the tasks and notes as attachment to other people on iPhone/iPod.




• Task management - Add, edit, and delete the tasks on iPhone/iPod.
• Text, picture and voice notes - Attach notes to the task on iPhone.
• Category of tasks - Group related tasks in categories on iPhone/iPod.
• Sorting tasks - Sort the tasks with due date, status and tags on iPhone/iPod.




• Searching tasks - Search the tasks with tags, task name, task description on iPhone/iPod.
• Calendar view - View the tasks in calendar on iPhone/iPod.
• Peer to Peer connection between iPhone and host computer. On iTask it can connect to the host computer on the same local network with ip address directly.
• Sync options. There are two sync options added in the latest sync desktop program. One is to opt out syncing the tasks in completed status. The users can choose not to sync the tasks in completed status. Another one is to sync the tasks which due date is back up to X days from today.




• Reset iTask. The "Rest iTask" will reset the iTask to its initial state. It will delete all the tasks/settings on iTask. Basically it is kind of "remove and re-install" of iTask. It will allow the users to start from scratch to sync freshly with Outlook/iCal as they wish.
• Diagnose tools on Outlook sync desktop program. There are a few diagnose tools added on Outlook Sync desktop program to identify the supporting issues the users might have.
